Amal Women’s Training Center
I am pleased to announce the launching of a project that is near and dear to my heart: our non-profit in Marrakesh, Morocco. Our goal is to train at-risk women in Moroccan cuisine and pastries, and open a simple restaurant to sell the food they make. Find out more by emailing me at amalnonprofit(at)gmail(dot)com or check us out on facebook.

These books may give you some insight into Morocco. They are on Amazon (US) and if you click on any of them, get to Amazon, and make any purchase (not just these books but ANYTHING), my associate's commission goes directly to help fund the non-profit project mentioned above. It's an easy way for all my US readers to help out.
